We take pride in our customer service, regulatory compliance, and team-oriented culture.Summary:The Curbside / Express Team Member is responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and professional service to all curbside and express pickup customers. This role focuses on efficient order fulfillment using Dutchie, proactive customer communication, and maintaining smooth order flow while adhering to company SOPs.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly upon arrival in designated curbside pickup areasVerify identification and ensure all transactions meet Nevada compliance requirementsFulfill curbside and express pickup orders accurately and efficiently through **Dutchie POSAlways follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs)Conduct customer service calls to review orders, confirm accuracy, and create opportunities for add-onsConfirm and communicate pickup time windows with customers to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait timesCommunicate clearly with customers regarding order status, readiness, and any issuesProvide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and assist new customers with basic orientation when neededCoordinate with dispensary staff to maintain efficient order flow and minimize delaysMaintain clean, organized curbside and express areasAssist with start-of-day and end-of-day procedures, including system setup and workspace organizationAdditional Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and organizing online, curbside, and pre-ordersCommunicate with management regarding workflow improvements, SOP updates, and operational efficiencyMonitor order accuracy and report discrepancies or inventory concernsSupport team members and contribute to a positive, efficient work environmentAttend staff meetings and participate in ongoing trainingPerform additional duties as assigned by managementCompliance & Training Requirements:Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with METRC regulations and tracking proceduresStay current with all required OSHA safety trainingsMaintain proficiency in Dutchie POS system for order processing and accuracyAdhere to all state and local cannabis laws and company compliance protocolsStay informed on company policies, product knowledge, and industry updatesPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to move quickly between indoor and outdoor work areasAbility to lift and carry packagesQualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderAbility to pass background check (as required by Nevada cannabis regulations)Strong communication and customer service skills, especially over the phoneExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems preferredCannabis industry experience preferred, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage + tipsHealth & Dental Employee discountsOpportunities for growth within the companyOverviewGreen Dispensary is a licensed cannabis retailer committed to providing safe, compliant, and high-quality products to our customers. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of cannabis products while maintaining strict adherence to Nevada state regulations and company SOPs.Key Responsibilities:Safely deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and compliant mannerVerify customer identification and ensure all deliveries meet legal requirementsAlways follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs)Contact customers prior to delivery to review orders, confirm details, and offer additional items when appropriate (upselling/add-ons)Notify customers when you are on the route to provide accurate delivery timingHandle cash and electronic payments accuratelyMaintain delivery logs and required documentationProvide excellent customer service and represent the Green Dispensary brand professionallyEnsure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issuesCompliance & Training Requirements:Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with METRC regulations and tracking proceduresStay current with all required OSHA safety trainingMaintain proficiency in Dutchie POS system for order processing and accuracyUtilize Onfleet for routing, delivery tracking, and communicationAdhere to all state and local cannabis delivery laws and company compliance protocolsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry packages Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderValid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills, especially with customers over the phoneComfortable handling cash and operating within a highly regulated environmentAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPrior delivery or cannabis industry experience preferred, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage + tipsHealth & Dental Employee discountsOpportunities for growth within the company
