Internal Service Advisor

Huntington Beach Chrysler is looking for an Experienced Internal Service Advisor This is a great opportunity for a Internal-focused, detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join our excellent service department. Qualifications Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone and in writing Valid U.S. Driver's license Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Clean driving record needed Applicants must have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Applicants must be detail-oriented and well organized Outstanding customer service skills High School diploma or equivalent Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking Job Duties Opening and closing repair orders for used car reconditioning Dispatching work to each technician Writing up cars for lease buyout/Kbb/unwind/demo returns inspections Scheduling customer appointments Scheduling customers for sublet repairs Admin for Rapid Recon (adding users, managing vehicles, and making sure it is organized) Helping the sales department with any questions they may have Performs other duties as assigned Benefits We offer a competitive pay plan & benefits, and opportunities for growth and promotion 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Vision insurance If you're interested please apply on at #J-18808-Ljbffr
