Responsibilities Must be experienced with hands-on OER. Responding to comments, approvals, submitting Experienced in writing, and reviewing Phase I and Phase II (ESAs), RIRs, RAWPs and Closure reports Etc. Oversight and implementation of remedial design and action plans. Assisting Clients to navigate the OER for E-Designation, NYCDEP, NYSDEC and the VCP& BCP (Brownfield Cleanup Program).
