Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, thereby enabling the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients’ mental health and wellness journeys.
