Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to address a wide array of emotional and relational concerns.

• Design, implement, and regularly assess individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique needs and goals, adjusting approaches as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Facilitate open and honest dialogue during sessions, helping clients to identify and articulate their feelings, challenges, and objectives.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients about emotional wellness, coping strategies, and family dynamics, empowering them to take actionable steps towards improvement.

• Coordinate with external community resources, such as schools, support groups, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring quality and accountability in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
