Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and obtain thorough patient histories to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and measuring progress through regular evaluations.

• Document sessions and patient progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide multidisciplinary care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes diverse individuals, couples, and families, each presenting a unique set of challenges. You will work with clients facing issues such as relationship distress, communication barriers, trauma, and parenting difficulties. Your role will focus on psychoeducation and relationship counseling, helping clients develop healthier communication patterns and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or cognitive behavioral therapy.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience post-licensure, demonstrating competency to handle complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
