# HR Manager (Bilingual)Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a high energy, employee focused, hands-on bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our team located in Tulsa, OK. Successful candidates will be dependable, approachable, capable of handling a broad range of HR responsibilities with minimal supervision, and fluent in both English and Spanish.**Responsibilities*** Manage employee life-cycle processes (onboarding through offboarding)* Assist employees with benefit-related questions* Manage employee relations including investigations, progressive discipline, performance management and conflict resolution* Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures* Coordinate with safety personnel regarding workers’ compensation and leave administration* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations* Support training and employee development initiatives* Mentor and train HR Assistants and junior personnel as appropriate**Qualifications & Competencies*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field* At least five (5) years of HR experience demonstrating a progression of responsibility is required; manufacturing, industrial, and/or multi-location experience highly preferred* Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; HR Certification is advantageous* Professional communication and interpersonal skills* Attention to detail and organizational skills* Computer proficiency using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally* Experience with Safety and/or Worker's Compensation claim management is preferred**What We’re Looking For**We value people who are practical, think critically, and are willing to take ownership of their responsibilities.
