Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Pay rate is provided for reference; actual salary details are based on a competitive package)

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert orthopedic surgical care in a multi-specialty clinic setting
• Collaborate with a team including two current orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers
• Conduct consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Manage inpatient hospital care directly or through collaboration with hospitalist teams
• Participate in flexible call rotation and weekend coverage
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Engage in teaching and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff
• Work in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced ORs and support services
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes across your care panel
• Maintain compliance with hospital and medical staff protocols

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Missouri
• Current board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• J1 visa sponsorship eligibility
• 3+ years of orthopedic surgery experience (preferred)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or multi-specialty clinic setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
