What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of construction-related roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
• Build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates in a competitive market
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

What we're looking for:

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Construction industry recruiting experience is strongly preferred
• Agency recruiting backgrounds are welcome
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify and attract passive talent
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High-energy, self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
