We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Buffet/Restaurant Attendant to join our team! The Buffet/Restaurant Attendant is responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, organization, and replenishment of buffet and restaurant service areas while assisting guests and supporting the overall flow of service.

Your role:

• Prepare buffet and service areas according to established presentation standards.
• Ensure plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies remain adequately stocked.
• Monitor buffet presentation continuously throughout service.
• Coordinate with Culinary colleagues regarding items requiring replenishment.
• Maintain clean and organized buffet surfaces and surrounding areas.
• Immediately address spills and unsafe conditions.
• Assist guests with locating buffet items and obtaining appropriate service assistance.
• Maintain basic knowledge of buffet offerings and allergen procedures.
• Never provide unverified ingredient or allergy information.
• Follow established sanitation and food-safety procedures.
• Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables when required.
• Assist with opening and closing buffet setup and breakdown.
• Properly handle and store operating equipment after service.
• Minimize unnecessary waste and immediately report unusual product waste.
• Support Water's Edge and other Food & Beverage operations requiring buffet or restaurant-attendant support.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong cleanliness and organization standards.
