Help Desk Analyst

Job Description We are seeking additional support for our Help Desk team to assist with remote access and VPN issues. This position requires candidates to be polished, professional, and logical in their approach to problem-solving. Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous, as this role involves handling help desk calls and troubleshooting technical issues. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering a chance for career growth within the company. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service while assisting internal employees over the phone. Resolve VPN and remote access setup issues efficiently. Handle help desk tickets, process them accurately, and follow scripts to guide users through the queue. Participate in onsite training for the first four weeks from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Work shifts including Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and Tuesday to Saturday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Essential Skills Strong customer service experience. Ability to troubleshoot VPN and remote access issues. Proficiency in help desk operations, including ticket processing and script adherence. Excellent communication skills. Additional Skills And Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. Professional and polished demeanor. Logical thinking and effective questioning and answering techniques. Work Environment The IT team primarily operates in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with remote work currently in place. However, employees may be required to return onsite as needed. The role begins remotely, with potential shifts to onsite work at the hospital or other locations. Dress code is professional attire. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
