Communication Tasks

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct person.

• Take clear messages and answer basic questions via phone or email.

• Greet clients, guests, and vendors warmly when they arrive.

Administrative Support

• Sort, open, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Schedule appointments, update calendars, and book meeting rooms .

• File paperwork, make photocopies, and handle data entry.

Office Security and Maintenance

• Keep the front lobby and reception area clean and tidy.

• Monitor office safety by tracking visitor sign-in logs and issuing ID badges
