Benefits 100% Employee‑Owned Company Competitive base salary ($100,000–$130,000) + bonus Vehicle allowance Strong benefits package Long‑term career growth opportunities Collaborative culture with strong operational leadership Job Details Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year Responsibilities Partner with operations and project teams to promote a strong safety culture across active construction projects Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis Deliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing employee development Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs and procedures Qualifications 3+ years of construction safety experience Heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, underground, or infrastructure experience preferred OSHA 500/510 certification Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Experience with ISNetworld is preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
