The RoleThe Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long-term venue locations. This hands-on role supports booth installations, event execution, technical troubleshooting, service visits, and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational, brand-aligned, and event-ready.

What You’ll Own- Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations
- Long-term venue booth installations and service visits
- Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance
- Real-time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Guest experience and on-site customer support
- Post-event reporting and operational feedback
- Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy
- Representing the Majestic brand in the field

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience
- Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, technical support, field operations, or related environments preferred
- Experience setting up equipment, technology, or event activations is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and transport equipment safely
