Technical Operations Specialist

Role Overview Provide technical support services, contribute to projects, and work with the team to address challenges and meet departmental needs. Develop and enhance technical skills, and follow established best practices and standards in service delivery. What You Will Do Assist in tasks, support the development of documentation, and work on projects under supervision. Perform tasks such as password reset, review of terminated users, and print AP checks.
