Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Day/Night Shift

Base Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift/ Rotating Shif

Schedule: 1st Week of Payroll - Monday -Thursday - 5:30pm - 3:00am & Sunday 11:00pm - 3:00am

2nd Week of Payroll – Monday -Thursday - 7:30pm to 5:00am & Sunday 11:00pm to 5:00am

Client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production machinery, facility systems, and mechanical equipment. This position supports Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity by keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, schematics, manuals, and testing equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts, wiring, components, machinery, and equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues and repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem -solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and maintenance practices.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• AAS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or automation systems preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.

Work Environment

Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, and moving machinery . Appropriate PPE is required.
