Job Description
This is a hybrid work opportunity that will require an onsite presence in either Irvine, CA or Tempe, AZ.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology
- Collaborate with ERS and Registrars in identifying tuition billing issues and efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOP) of tuition billing process.
- Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions.
- Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Qualifications:
- 2 + years of business office or accounting experience required
- Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in the tuition billing operations for an institution of higher learning
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Efficiency in MS Office
- Experience in Campus Nexus/Anthology preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities.
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems.
- Meet verification standards as determined by UNITEK.
- Works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task in dynamic and changing environment
