RequirementsThis position is designed for someone who already understands insurance sales and wants a bigger opportunity.
Our ideal candidate:
Has previous Property & Casualty insurance sales experience
Holds an active P&C insurance license or is immediately eligible for licensing
Has a history of meeting or exceeding production goals
Understands how to sell auto and home
Knows the importance of bundling and account rounding
Can confidently discuss liability limits and coverage
Creates value instead of competing only on price
Knows that great follow-up is part of great sales
Is comfortable asking for the business
Is competitive, coachable, and accountable
Wants to be measured and rewarded based on performance
