• Shift: Overnight (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM), Saturday clinic coverage
• Hours/week: 40 guaranteed hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: Tennessee RN license or valid in a Compact State, BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years acute dialysis, ICU dialysis experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical cases
• Administer scheduled Saturday dialysis sessions
• Respond within 30 minutes during overnight on-call periods
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Operate and troubleshoot the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Document treatments accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with infection prevention and dialysis best practices

What You Need:

• Valid Tennessee RN license or in a qualifying Compact State
• At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Willingness to respond promptly during on-call periods
