Remote Procurement Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Remote Procurement Assistant to manage company purchasing activities and support daily business operations. Key Responsibilities Purchase company gadgets, computers, office supplies, and other business equipment. Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Review, track, and organize invoices, receipts, and expenses. Arrange meeting tickets, conference registrations, and business-related bookings. Track deliveries, company equipment, and procurement records. Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure purchases receive proper approval. Maintain accurate records and communicate with internal departments. Requirements Must reside in the United States. Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency with email and spreadsheets. Previous purchasing, procurement, or administrative experience is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Salary and Benefits Annual salary: $60,000–$65,000 for full-time employment.
