Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Schedule: 4-5 days per week (No weekends or on-call)
Patient Population: Children and young adults (up to age 20)

Overview


A fast-paced dental practice is looking for a full-time Associate Dentist. The role involves providing dental care to children and young adults (up to age 20) in a team environment with full staff support. The office is high-volume, ideal for dentists who are efficient and passionate about patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine exams, general restorative procedures, and hygiene checks
• Provide compassionate dental treatment to pediatric and young adult patients
• Review medical histories with patients and parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate charting and patient records
• Collaborate with fellow dentists, office managers, and clinical staff in a team-oriented setting
• Assist with practice-support duties as needed to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Dental License (required)
• General dentistry experience preferred; pediatric experience helpful but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Production-based compensation model with high earning potential
• Daily guarantee available ($600-$800 depending on experience) - dentists are paid whichever is higher (production or guarantee)
