Foreclosure Specialist

Managing administrative tasks associated with the legal process of foreclosures in New York, the fully remote New York Foreclosure Legal Assistant will draft legal documents, update client systems, and coordinate with attorneys in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Key responsibilities Consistently update the firm's internal case management system and client systems Draft and proofread legal documents, providing support to attorneys in a high-volume setting Conduct legal research and manage case files, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines Required qualifications High School Diploma required; associate degree in legal services or finance preferred At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in New York or judicial foreclosure law Experience with drafting legal documents and understanding the legal process surrounding foreclosure Proficiency in case and document management software and client systems such as Loansphere and Lenstar preferred High-level proficiency in MS Office suite and internet research activities
