Foreclosure Specialist

Providing leadership and coordination for all foreclosure activities, the full-time Foreclosure Supervisor will manage compliance with statutory and investor guidelines while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Leads end-to-end foreclosure functions to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as investor guidelines Proactively monitors regulatory changes impacting foreclosure processes and implements necessary updates Develops and enhances functional reporting to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of foreclosure servicing experience with a strong understanding of foreclosure regulations and investor guidelines Experience working with Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with loan servicing systems like MSP or Black Knight High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Understanding of federal and state foreclosure regulations, including CFPB and FDCPA guidelines
