Division HR Coordinator - Onboarding, Payroll & Engagement

D.R. Horton

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division Human Resources Coordinator to manage all aspects of HR for the division, including onboarding guidance and serving as the liaison between corporate and the division. The role involves posting positions, reviewing applications, coordinating new hire processing and IT setup, conducting onboarding sessions (in person and via Teams), and supporting payroll and employee relations.
