You own the strategic relationship and the personalization program: what the enterprise is trying to accomplish, why the current approach is not producing it, and what the roadmap has to be.

\n

\n

Better Digital runs personalization programs for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, financial services, insurance, and life sciences. You are the senior person in the room with the CMO and their leadership team. You run the diagnosis, set the vision and the roadmap, define the use cases and the order they happen in, and stay accountable for whether the program delivers what was promised.

Our architects and engineers own the platform. You own the program. You decide what gets built, why, and in what order. When a client wants 40 use cases this quarter, you are the one who tells them which 3 move the number and why the rest wait.

\n

\n

You are expected to disagree with clients, hold a position under pressure, and earn enough trust that they call you before they call Adobe. You will not be asked to build in AEP or AJO. But you do need to know the platform well enough to tell when an answer does not hold up.

\n

\n

Who does well here: people who build. In this seat that means programs, business cases, and client relationships that hold up under pressure. You set your own pace, you finish what you start, and you judge yourself by what the program produced.

What this takes

\n

\n

\n
• 8+ years in consulting or enterprise marketing strategy inside large enterprises, responsible for client relationships at the VP and C level. Healthcare, financial services, insurance, or life sciences is a plus.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• The judgment to diagnose why a program is underperforming before anyone opens a tool. The answer is often organizational or architectural.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• The ability to articulate a vision and a roadmap, strategic and tactical, and take a room through both. You will do a lot of this.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Working fluency in Adobe Experience Cloud: how AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, and Target fit together, and how to shape them into a personalization outcome.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• A real understanding of how marketing technology teams work: how channels and orchestration run, and how to organize the people and the work so they deliver.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Accountability for outcome and value on your accounts. You stay close to the client and make sure the work we are doing produces what it was supposed to.
\n

\n

\n

This role offers a base salary of $190,000–$205,000 annually, plus a performance bonus targeted at 20% of base.
