Welder (MIG / TIG) - Full Benefits - 1st, 2nd and weekend shift.

Clean Shop | Variety of Work | Growth Opportunity

We are hiring a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join a clean, organized manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality welds and enjoys working on a variety of projects in a job shop environment.

Work will vary week to week, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across different tasks .

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on 14–18 gauge material
• Conduct TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
• Complete welds in flat and horizontal positions
• Load and unload robotic welding equipment
• Perform grinding and finishing work as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist with additional shop tasks as needed in a job shop environment

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding
• Experience with TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with grinding and finishing
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Welding degree or certification is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
