Multi-Use Learning Facility Coordinator Positions: Multi-Use Learning Facility Coordinator (Posted: 06/17/2026) Locations Fort Benning, GA; Fort Rucker, AL; Fort Bliss, TX; Fort Huachuca, AZ; Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; Fort Stewart, GA; Fort Gordon, GA; Joint Base Langley‑Eustis, VA; Joint Base San Antonio, FSH; Rock Island Arsenal, IL Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) seeks to fill the Multi-Use Learning Facility (MLF) Coordinator position under a contract with the United States Army Continuing Education Support Services. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of experience relevant to the position. Customer service skills. Knowledge of Facility operations. Knowledge of U.S. post‑secondary education and soldier development programs. Familiarity with the Army Publication System, the Enlisted Personnel Management System, the Army Extension Training System, and small‑unit military training as well as experience with or knowledge of the online Army Correspondence Course Program enrollment process ( Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs and web‑based applications. Good command of the English language, including the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively. NACI is required for this position. Responsibilities Follow clearly detailed and specific procedures in accordance with the site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or other written directive. Explain MLF procedures and policies in accordance with SOP and other written directives provided by the Government. Post information and schedules for courses and track classroom/facility usage. Assist clients with locating and enrolling in military programs and courses of instruction (both local and online), including military correspondence courses. Assist clients with locating resources in support of academic programs. Assist with maintaining reference materials and study guides. Greet clients in a clear and professional manner, and enter participation data into ArmyIgnitEd or other approved automated system. Assist clients with scheduling and use of training aids and equipment to ensure proper use. Report non‑compliance with building use procedures to the On‑Site Coordinator or Government personnel upon occurrence or in accordance with local guidance. Monitor and record usage of facilities during scheduled hours of operation, ensure facilities are empty and secured when not in use, track key usage and report discrepancies in accordance with SOP. Catalog and assist in administration of equipment/supplies, completion of hand receipts and sub‑hand receipts, and Property Inventory Reports in accordance with the site SOP. Arrange materials, classroom equipment, and computers as needed. Identify and assist in correcting safety issues; e.g., slipping and tripping hazards. Assist in maintaining a secure environment and assist with Random Access Measures (RAM) in accordance with SOP or other written directive. Support special events as directed by ESO (e.g., college fairs, graduation). Maintain and replenish literature/literature rack, publications, and electronic and print bulletin boards, waiting areas, etc. in a neat and professional manner. Assist Soldiers with required military training. Assist ESO, ESS, and Guidance Counselors as needed in conducting Education Center operations. Maintain work area/office in a clean, neat, professional, and orderly manner. Ensure computers and peripherals are clean and operational. Skills Customer service oriented. Good time management.
