Pay: $10.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible – 24/7 servicing opportunities
Start: Upcoming program — immediate enrollment required
We are hiring Remote Customer Service Contractors to assist cardholders with fraud-related inquiries and account activity. This is a high-volume, work-from-home customer service opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding potential fraud
- Review and verify account activity
- Assist with fraud prevention and resolution
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow established security and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Customer service/call center experience preferred
- Financial services or fraud experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 40+ WPM typing speed
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Must complete background check, drug screening and photo ID verification
- Must be available at least 5 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
Schedule
Servicing opportunities are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year , based on available intervals.
IMMEDIATE NEED: Selected candidates must be prepared to complete the enrollment and screening process promptly to secure an upcoming training opportunity.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and not a W-2 employment position.
