Experience: 2+ years ER experience; critical access hospital experience essential

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute patient care plans
• Float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units as needed, supporting various department needs
• Assist in managing critical situations and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
• Support the unit as a Charge RN with leadership responsibilities

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license (state-specific)
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience, including working in a Critical Access Hospital
• Charge nurse experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Willingness to float to Med/Surg and Stepdown units
• Ability to work 7p-7a shifts, weekends included

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a small or rural hospital setting
• Experience in critical care or related specialties

About the Assignment This position is at a community-focused, critical access hospital located in Colebrook, NH.
