We are hiring a highly organized Contract Recruiter / Account Manager to support a high-volume seasonal warehouse account. This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee coordination, and day-to-day account management throughout the client's peak season.

**BI-LINGUAL SPANISH PREFERRED**

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume warehouse and distribution positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and placing candidates.
• Execute recruiting strategies to consistently maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates throughout the seasonal hiring period.
• Coordinate and facilitate new-hire onboarding, including employment paperwork, required screenings, orientation, and completion of client-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information through timely data entry and applicant tracking system updates.
• Manage daily staffing needs, employee availability, attendance concerns, call-offs, and other workforce changes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between the staffing team, assigned employees, and client leadership.
• Conduct regular in-person client visits to maintain communication, assess staffing needs, address concerns, and support the onsite workforce.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership and provide proactive updates regarding recruiting activity, staffing levels, attendance, and workforce needs.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to employees throughout their assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies, employment requirements, and client procedures.
• Take overall ownership of the seasonal account, ensuring recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and client service expectations are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or account management, preferred.
• High-volume recruiting or staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating with candidates and employees throughout the hiring process.
• Proficient with computers, data entry, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while taking ownership and accountability for account performance.
• Ability to travel locally for regular client visits.
• Flexibility to adjust hours during periods of increased seasonal hiring activity may be required.
