This role blends leadership, coordination, and hands-on understanding of client needs, being in the community and spending time in the office. Your core responsibilities include: Working with individuals in the community. Supervising, supporting, and training Direct Support Professionals. Ensuring documentation and month-end paperwork are completed accurately Planning and supporting meaningful, client-centered activities Serving as a knowledgeable resource for staff regarding client needs, and company policies Training is provided, and expectations are clearly outlined before you are fully responsible for the role. Requirements Candidates must meet one of the following: Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field + 1 year of direct care experience Associate degree in a human services-related field + 2 years of direct care experience Diploma in a human services-related field + 3 years of direct care experience 50 hours of human services-related education + 4 years of direct care experience (with appropriate supervision) American Sign Language (ASL) fluency is a bonus!
