Part-Time Office Assistant / Recruitment Support

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM 

Assisting Hands Home Care – Cary is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Part-Time Office Assistant to support our office team during the afternoon hours.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a busy home care office run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming office phone calls and direct calls appropriately
• Assist with caregiver recruitment and hiring activities
• Help contact applicants and schedule interviews
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee files
• Organize and maintain office paperwork
• Assist with caregiver documentation and administrative tasks
• Help keep client and caregiver information organized
• Assist with scheduling and other office tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and prospective employees
• Provide general administrative support to the office team
• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information
• Assist with other duties as needed to support daily office operations

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients and caregivers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Reliable and dependable
• Previous office, healthcare, home care, recruiting, or administrative experience is a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM

Part-time: 20 hours per week
