Business Development Associate/Estimator

Business Development AssociateWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers, and has strong organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with team members across the company. Candidates with previous experience in construction, engineering, utility locating, or estimating are encouraged to apply. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Salesforce, utility plans, or Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) is a plus.Duties & Responsibilities:Customer Service both phone and emailLead creation in SalesforceFollow up on outstanding proposalsCollaboration with internal teamsProject EstimatingSending out proposalsRequirements:Customer Forward, effective communicator both on the phone and via emailWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changeKnowledge of Microsoft platforms, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Teams.
