Bij Crisp werkt het overgrote deel van onze medewerkers in ons magazijn of op de Hubs. Deze medewerkers zijn enorm belangrijk voor het dagelijks bezorgen van boodschappen aan onze klanten. Binnen ons People team zijn we op zoek naar een werkstudent om ons te ondersteunen bij de werving van deze nieuwe collega's. Wat je gaat doen Je beoordeelt sollicitaties en onderhoudt het contact met de kandidaten Je houdt telefonische screenings om te kijken of kandidaten geschikt zijn voor de functie Je plant interviews in op onze locaties Je zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten alle benodigde informatie hebben (herinneringen voor interviews, welkomstberichten voor hun eerste werkdag etc.) Dit ben jij Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands Je bent minimaal 3 middagen/avonden per week beschikbaar voor 2-4 uur (dit kan ook in het weekend!) Je bent communicatief vaardig en je bent niet bang om te bellen Je bent proactief Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat onze sollicitanten - zelfs als ze worden afgewezen - fan blijven van Crisp.
