HR Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our people function and drive company culture, talent development, and employee engagement. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to benefits, compliance, and performance management-ensuring HR practices align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, compensation programs, and performance evaluations
- Maintain and update employee handbook, job descriptions, org charts, and records
- Administer benefit programs, analyze trends, and conduct employee education sessions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support employee relations, exit interviews, and organizational development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience; SHRM certification a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll procedures, and benefits administration
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with H-1B processing a plus
