Schedule: Part-Time
Shift: 16-hour shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Salary: $36 – $42 per hour (based on experience)

West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to join our team. In this important leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations during your scheduled weekend shift, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and safe care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned weekend shifts to ensure high standards of resident care

• Respond promptly and make sound decisions in emergency situations

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing team members

• Promote a collaborative and positive team environment

• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida

• Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
