Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing their medical histories, performing specialized assessments, and formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process for their rehabilitation.
• Administer evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's condition, using advanced methodologies and therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to optimize care and address any changes in patients' health status.

Qualifications
