What You'll Do Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks in the field. Perform preventative maintenance and emergency roadside repairs. Build long-term relationships with fleet customers. Take ownership of your service truck, your customers, and your territory. Work alongside your teammate to solve problems and deliver quality repairs. Help establish and grow a brand-new mobile service operation. Who We're Looking For We're looking for technicians who: Take pride in doing the job right the first time. Performance Pay. Unlimited Opportunity. We believe great technicians should be paid like great technicians. Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience, plus performance pay.
