At our centers, seniors receive clinical and rehabilitation therapy and build relationships with doctors, nurses and fellow participants - all under one roof. **Dietary Aide position summary** The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed and assure that quality dietary services are provided on a daily basis. Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as our established policies and procedures + Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel as well as with other departments within the program to assure that food service can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the participants + Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed + Assist in preparing and serving nutritional supplements and snacks under the direction of the Dietitian or designee + Work in various line functions as assigned to include setting up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc + Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions within the kitchen area + Participate in and supports Quality Improvement Initiatives + Maintain the confidentiality of all PACE Organization (PO) procedures, results, and information about participants, families, and vendors. **Minimum qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + One (1) to two (2) years of food preparation in a healthcare setting preferred + Minimum one (1) year of experience working with frail or elderly population Apply now! **Our Commitment** Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
