You’ll provide hands-on technical support while proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep systems running smoothly.Deliver first-level support across infrastructure systems, including troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenanceMonitor system performance and resolve issues to minimize downtimeManage Active Directory, including user access and permissionsInstall, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and virtual environmentsPerform system updates, patching, and routine maintenanceSupport backups and data recovery processesRespond to alerts, manage tickets, and resolve incidents efficientlyAssist with Office 365, networking, security, and other enterprise systemsPartner with IT team members on projects and continuous improvementsA Typical DayIn this role, you will spend your day monitoring system alerts, responding to IT support tickets, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations. You will manage user accounts, perform system updates and patching, and maintain infrastructure components across the organization. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives while supporting internal users with professional, timely service.
