We are seeking a compassionate and goal-oriented Job Coach to guide individuals in their career development journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others overcome challenges, identify strengths, and achieve meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ skills, interests, and career goals to develop tailored job search strategies.
• Provide one-on-one coaching on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking.
• Offer guidance on career planning, workplace skills, and goal setting.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable job opportunities and navigating the application process.
• Conduct workshops and group sessions on job readiness and skill-building.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers to establish and strengthen job placement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• [Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field] or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Job Coach, Career Counselor, or in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with labor market trends and job search platforms.
• Certification in career coaching or related fields (preferred but not required).
