Business Analyst
Location: Hartford, CT Onsite Contract
Core Skills Business Analyst with strong experience in insurance domain and CCM Tool Open Text xPression or Exstream integrated with Guidewire Policy Center and Forms Knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect analyze and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional specifications
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Conduct gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility studies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Retrospectives
- Facilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across teams
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in insurance
- Analyze business processes and suggest process improvements or automation opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
