Senior Account ManagerOrnua Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. This full-time position reports to the Director of Sales and is based in Evanston, IL, US, 60201, with telecommuting permitted within the Chicago metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.The Senior Account Manager will:Generate, agree, and implement a strategic business plan aligned with the overall customer strategic plan.Act as the primary selling interface at customers' headquarters, calling on key decision makers.Sell new and expanded distribution of Kerrygold items and identify opportunities to grow volume/increase market share.Provide Sales leaders with account intelligence and recommendations for effective planning and programming.Develop and implement specific marketing and promotional programs for Publix and Meijer.Achieve planned objectives on sales and spending in key customers and conduct post promotion analysis.Manage day-to-day relationships with Retailers and provide effective communication between relevant Ornua and Retailer teams.Manage day-to-day relationships with Broker and Distribution partners.Champion multi-functional resources to successfully implement brand/category strategies.Improve and enhance customer experience and service.Ornua is a purpose-driven, values-led co-operative creating value for Irish dairy farming families through our global operations. This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role.
