Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions via our secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ease Care Counselling Services, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Your expertise will allow you to guide clients through issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma, while fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing.

Qualifications\n

• Current active LMFT license in Florida, with the ability to practice within the state.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy, particularly in family systems and couple dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
