Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to foster an environment conducive to growth and healing.

• Thoroughly assess and diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, integrating their backgrounds and goals into the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions that support emotional and psychological well-being.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers when patients require additional services or support.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will engage with different age groups, encompassing adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring that your interventions are culturally competent and sensitive to the varied backgrounds of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or group therapy is crucial for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
