Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Congruent Psychiatric Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions focused on addressing relationship dynamics, communication issues, and emotional distress.

• Performing comprehensive assessments and diagnosing clients with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships, and support healthy family dynamics.

• Providing education regarding mental health issues and strategies for coping and resilience.
\n
• Referring clients to additional specialists or resources as necessary to enhance their treatment journey.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with state laws and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

This role primarily serves a diverse group of clients facing a variety of interpersonal and emotional challenges. You will work with:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
