This role is set within a remote working framework, allowing for flexibility while still offering the collaborative spirit of a community health clinic. The expectation is for counselors to operate in a traditional schedule, with regular hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a predictable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals, employing various therapeutic techniques.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, actively participating in case conferences and client strategy discussions.

• Ensure accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, clinical supervision sessions, and case discussions to enhance personal and professional skills.

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily focus on individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse. Compensation and Benefits\n
