About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to play a pivotal role in its mission to provide accessible, biblically grounded training to pastors and church leaders worldwide. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the ministry's presence, particularly in the United States, by enhancing brand awareness, nurturing relationships with churches and ministry partners, and spearheading fundraising initiatives to support global impact. This entrepreneurial leader will work closely with the Founder and President, bringing a complementary leadership style to ensure the ministry is well-positioned for long-term growth and success. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a visionary with a passion for empowering reproducible training movements that advance the global kingdom. Responsibilities for this remote role include strategic planning, program development, and the ability to inspire and mobilize others towards the shared goal of closing the gap in formal biblical training for pastors. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in leadership, fundraising, and a deep commitment to the values and mission of the organization. The Executive Director will be a key figure in the ministry, driving its expansion and impact while upholding the principles of the company and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
