  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Provide educational resources to patients and families to facilitate growth and progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a consistent approach throughout the treatment process.
  • Maintain precise and prompt documentation compliant with state, federal, and organizational policies.
  • Engage in continued professional development through ongoing education and teamwork.
Qualifications

  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for patients of all ages, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - able to connect with patients, their families, and a diverse care team.
  • Adaptability in therapeutic techniques to honor diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds among clients.
  • Sound clinical judgment and adept problem-solving capacities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation protocols.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary reflective of your experience and expertise.
  • Flexible scheduling designed for work-life integration and dynamic caseloads.
