Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Indiana SLP licensure, or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or student-centered SLP settings preferred
• Knowledgeable in evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads (assignments based on position)
• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement student-specific IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and staff development as needed
• Support students’ progress toward academic and personal milestones
